We provide winter snow and ice mitigation services. This includes applying ice melt material, parking lot snow plowing and sidewalk clearing and de-icing to ensure safety and compliance with local ordinances. Due to manpower and equipment limitations, this service is only offered to regularly scheduled lot sweeping clients.
All asphalt requires periodic repair and maintenance. As your sweeping contractor, we know your lot and can recommend the optimum intervals for maintenance and refresh services.
We offer high-pressure, hot water washing to remove gum, grease, grime, and moss. Regular service ensures the end of unsightly or unsafe sidewalks, dumpster pens, and common areas.
Properties with heavy foot-traffic, particularly retail and foodservice locations, usually suffer a rapid accumulation of trash and debris. Our porter services include changing trash can liners, hand-picking litter, and general clean up of busy areas to keep them looking clean during the busy daytime hours.
